Google AdWords Rolling Out Review Extensions to All Accounts

Announced in June, review extensions allow advertisers the ability to add third-party reviews to their ads. Third-party endorsements may be added as either exact or paraphrased reviews.



There are a few restrictions to keep in mind…

  • The review must pertain to the advertiser – not a location or franchise.
  • Reviews should highlight a specific aware or accolade. In other words, this extension should not be used for product descriptions.
  • Review extensions will link to a landing page on the third party source’s site where the exact phrase appears.
